We are delighted to Welcome you to our East Europe International Film Festival.
Here you will be able to find useful information in order to make the most of your festival with us.
Our years of experience has taught us just how invaluable it is to meet and connect with other like-minded individuals. We hope you will be able to find the perfect balance of filmmaker and tourist as you join us in the Polish capital.
Warsaw is one of the most rapidly developing cities in Europe with huge potential and extraordinary energy, its residents like to look back on its history and are able to skilfully combine tradition and modernity. When you look around the city, you will see that both of its sides permeate at every step in a surprising and unique way. It is important for us that you get some down-time to take in the sights so the schedule will allow for a day at least to do so.
You will be able to see a full list of nominations and the screening schedule by clicking on the relevant tabs. If you cannot see them right away be sure to check back soon, as we are probably just finalising them.
The week will be full of networking events and screenings.
Our festival week will end with our Awards Ceremony (please note this is a paid for ticketed event) – This is a sit down meal plus wine, with and a few comfort breaks along the way.
We truly believe that this will be a memorable way to finish the festival and encourage you to dress as if it were the Oscars.
The evening will showcase clips from all categories before winners are announced. There will be ample opportunities for photographs on the Red Carpet against our backdrop…which is a great way to get some new social media snaps.
We encourage creativity to the max and live by our ethos of being a group of festivals ‘Where Creative Minds Meet’!
Where Creative Minds Meet
You can of course send a physical copy such as a Blu-ray, DVD or USB stick (However, you must pay all import duties, this is VERY important) – please let us know and we can email you the best address.
We would always prefer a downloadable copy
Please do try and make sure you have your film with us no later than a month before the start of the Festival, although our Technical Director will be contacting you to chase your copy, we may not be able to screen your film should it be too late.
